DESCRIPTION:The North Canton Police Department will provide 600 free firearm safety kits to local residents through a partnership with Project ChildSafe\, the nationwide firearms safety education program.\n\n	\n\n	Each safety kit contains a safety curriculum and cable-style gun lock. The locks fit on most types of handguns\, rifles and shotguns.\n\n	\n\n	The North Canton Fire Department will also be present to address safety concerns regarding first responder response to household safety and preventing injuries from firearms.\n\n	\n\n	Kits may be picked up at the North Canton Acme Fresh Market Store #16\, 1474 North Main Street\, in the lobby area.
