There are many possible factors contributing to this imbalance\, including a lack of female role models\, gender stereotyping and less family-friendly flexibility in these fields and positions.\n\nIn this session\, JJ DiGeronimo will share with us:\nCommon barriers to retaining female talent\nSuccessful approaches to uncovering more diverse talent\nTechniques to retaining and advancing the female talent already on the payroll\nViable retention and attraction strategies for any size company\n\nExecutives of both genders will find this QC Luncheon informative and full of actionable steps that can be implemented upon a return to the workplace.\n\n$25 per person lunch buffet includes: grilled chicken sandwich on focaccia bread with pesto mayo\, potato salad\, fresh fruit salad\, chips and a dessert.
