America Invents Act--Historic Changes in Patent Law

The Small Business Development Center, Kent State University at Stark, is offering a seminar on recent changes to patent law which are being phased in by the Government.

Mr. Frisina will present an overview of the new statute and how it affects technology transfer and small business.

He will also cover the new rules which are being written to implement the new law and will make projections on where problems are likely to arise and how the law is likely to develop over the next few years.
