Legacy of the Masters: Frank Dale and His Students will be on display at the Gallery 6000 at Kent State University at Stark from April 19 through June 24. Frank Dale is a Massillon-based painter, teacher, and modern practitioner and master in his own right of a painting method known as the Flemish technique, originally perfected by Renaissance masters. Along with several works by Dale, the exhibit will feature paintings by 22 of his accomplished students. Most of the displayed pieces will be for sale.
Kent State Stark will host an opening reception on April 19 from 5:30 - 7:30pm. The reception is free and open to the public. Please RSVP to Rebecca DeHart at 330-244-3518 or rdehart@kent.edu.
