From serious medical conditions to work related injuries, organizations are responsible for meeting the challenge of accommodating workers with disabilities. These situations present both opportunities and risks for the organization. This seminar will explore the areas of employee work accommodations, transitional duty, time away from work, and how to keep the organization’s practices legal and make sure workers needs are met.
