Prescription Drug ''Take-Back'' Initiative

Mercy Medical Center is partnering with the Stark County Sheriff's Office and the Canton City Police Department to serve as a collection site for this United States Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) first-ever nationwide program. Individuals may drop off unwanted or expired over-the-counter and pharmaceutical pills, liquids and creams - no questions asked. All identification labels must be removed. IV solutions and syringes will not be accepted. The program is anonymous, no identification is needed.
