SBDC at Kent State Stark present 1st of 4-part Oil & Gas Education Series
The Regulation of Oil and Gas, the first event of the Oil and Gas Education Series, in conjunction with the attorneys at the Roetzel & Andrews Law firm, will provide a factual forum with an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. It will review S.B. 315, Ohio's newest law on oil and gas, as well as the regulations in the State of Ohio, including set-backs, chemical disclosure, requirements for pre-drilling, and groundwater testing and permitting, among others.
The remaining events in the series, Real Estate and Mineral Rights, Understanding the Process, and Basic Contracts Used in Oil and Gas Management, will be scheduled soon.
