SBDC presents "Making Small Business Decisions Easier"

The Small Business Development Center at Kent State University at Stark presents this seminar for owners of businesses that have been operating for a year or more:  Making Small Business Decisions Easier 

Seminar addresses metrics which are necessary to grow your business, including marketing mix, pricing, working capital, break-even point and cash flow. It emphasizes the need for long-term business and succession plans while instructing participants on how to create a supporting short-term plan.

After attending the program, participants may contact the Small Business Development Center to schedule an appointment with a business counselor for a no-cost, one-on-one consultation.
