Stark County Humane Society's Mutt Strut
The Stark County Humane Society is sponsoring this 2-mile "Mutt Strut" for dogs and their families. Participants are encouraged to obtain pledges as a fundraiser for the Humane Society. There will be fun contests such as the Best Pet Costume, Owner/Pet Resemblance, Wackiest Pet Talent, Howlin' at the Moon, Best Owner/Pet Costuming and Waggiest Tail. There will also be music, prizes, food, ice cream, and local vendors of pet products and services.
Registration fee is $8 per dog, plus a donation of an item needed at the shelter, such as cat litter, kitten or puppy food, dry dog food, laundry detergent, paper towels or bleach.
