Enjoy an evening with Michael Witt, a long-time Jackson Township resident, as he shares his amazing wilderness experiences on a solo journey with his dog Jake to explore the northwestern parts of the North American continent.
His adventures took him all the way north to the Arctic Ocean, Alaska and Western Canadian provinces. He visited 7 Canadian provinces/territories, plus 9 US states, passed through 5 time zones, crossed the continental divide 20 times, went through US/CN customs 10 times, saw 27 species of mammals, spent 82 nights in a sleeping bag and worked on a Montana horse ranch for 3 weeks.
