This all-day conference for businesses, non-profit organizations, and community leaders will address a broad range of issues related to addressing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in schools, churches, and communities. Keynote speaker will be Basheer Jones, an activist, businessman, media personality, and author known for passionate messages of empowerment and change. Now a powerful voice in the media, Jones has been interviewed by Time, JET and Essence magazines, has served as a correspondent on CNN, MSNBC and CSPAN and has performed at the renowned Apollo Theater. He is the author of a book entitled “I’ll Speak for Change” and is founder of the Basheer Jones Foundation and the “Be the Change Leadership Series”, providing leadership development workshops throughout Ohio.
