The North Canton Chamber invites you and your guests to join us in one of our favorite events of the year, the Annual Chamber Golf Scramble.  Held at The Sanctuary Golf Course on Applegrove in North Canton, Friday, June 12, 2009, the shotgun start will be at 10:00 a.m.  

Coffee and donuts will be available at registration (which will begin at 9:00 a.m.)  The coffee is donated by Becky Suglio’s Caffe Gelato.  You will be served lunch "at the turn," carts will circle the course with beverages, and another meal will be served at completion of the your golf day.   This year will include the opportunity to bid on some great prizes, such as an pass to 18 holes at Firestone Country Club in Summit County, a donation by North Canton Chamber Member John Suglio, DDS.  We will send volunteers out on the course to update you on your bids, and we will be accepting credit card payment for silent auction items.

There will also be door prizes, a putting contest and a hole-in-one contest on the 9th hole, as well as lowest foursome score, longest drive and closest to pin prizes.

Lunch will be hot dogs grilled outdoors and dinner will be chicken on the grill with sides and a cheesecake dessert bar.  Lunch is donated by Black, McCuskey, Souers & Arbaugh.  The cheesecake dessert bar is courtesy of BJ’s Wholesale Club.   Starbucks is donating coffee for dessert.  There will be a DJ at the Pavillion from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Other donors include the Hilton Garden Inn by the Akron Canton Airport.  They are donating a one night stay with breakfast for two people. 

You can be a sponsor at levels from ranging from $1,000 to $400 with a range of benefits including a foursome.  Sponsor’s names will appear in the chamber newsletter, website, on banners at the event, some will have their names at the holes, and some will be on the golf carts.
