This is a FREE program designed to raise public awareness of the need to plan for health care decisions at the end of life. Attorneys from the Elder Law Committee will also help attendees complete Living Wills and Durable Healthcare Powers of Attorney free of charge.

Topics will include:  Ohio law concerning living wills; durable powers of attorney for health care; organ donations
