OPEN HOUSE
Mercy Medical Center's Health & Fitness Center
(located inside Mercy Health Center of North Canton):

Open to individuals as well as employers looking for a health and fitness program for themselves and/or their employees.

Open House participants will be able to tour the facility, meet the staff, enjoy refreshments, win door prizes, and learn about Mercy Health & Fitness Center's wide range of services, including:

Supervised fitness and strength training by degreed staff
Yoga
Pilates
Boot camp classes
Aquatic exercise classes
Personal training
Massotherapy
Cardiac rehabilitation
