Orientation II: Making Small Business Decisions Easier

Breakfast (begins at 7:30)
For owners of businesses that have been operating for a year or more, this seminar addresses marketing mix, pricing, working capital, break-even point and cash flow and emphasizes the need for long-term business and succession plans, while instructing participants on how to create a supporting short-term plan.
After attending the program, participants may contact the Small Business Development Center to schedule an appointment with a business counselor for a no-cost, one-on-one consultation.
Registration and payment must be made online at www.cantonsbdc.org.
Walk-in registrations cannot be accommodated.
