with Elizabeth Crosby, partner at Buckley King in Cleveland, Ohio
Nearly every organization utilizing a work force has experienced a challenging worker’s compensation claim. From the back injury that likely happened off site to the employee whose chiropractor won’t release him to return to work under any circumstance. This seminar will identify the various legal avenues employers can utilize to reduce claim abuse and control worker’s compensation costs. This seminar will cover ways to efficiently and cost-effectively defend these challenging claims.
