Two-part community education program designed to address the many aspects of end of life decision-making, including informative discussions on important topics such as hospice and palliative care, advance directives and the role of modern medicine.

Sessions are eligible for credit in the Walsh Lifelong Learning Academy. Programs are recognized by the Dioceses of Youngstown and Cleveland for religious education credit.
